I don't expect to be out of the dark yet, but today was finally a good dAy!! I spent a lot of small moments writing down positive things that happened and I think that helped. Then I went to my home away from home: the gym. I PRed on my mile run 8:46!!! Then I did the #lgfitmas arms for today as well as the legs from yesterday!
